1. About Our Qurans

Q: What types of Qurans do you offer?
We currently offer three main types:
Rainbow Arabic Only: Full Arabic Mushaf (different fonts, colorful or white pages). Great for memorization, kids, and gifting.
English or French Translation: Arabic with English/French translation. Perfect for understanding the meaning while reading.
English Transliteration: Arabic text with English transliteration + translation. Ideal for beginners and reverts learning pronunciation.

Q: Are your Qurans complete Mushafs?
Yes. Every Quran we sell contains the full Arabic text from cover to cover.

Q: What sizes are available?
Sizes range from pocket size to extra large. Each product page includes measurements (cm) and a short description to help you choose. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us; we’re happy to guide you.

Q: Is the font small?
Some Qurans (especially those with Arabic, translation, and transliteration on one page) have a smaller font. We mention this clearly on product pages so you know what to expect before ordering.

2. Customization

Q: Can I add a name, message, or duʿā to my Quran?
Yes! Many of our Qurans can be customized with: A name, a short message, and a duʿāJust choose the customization option on the product page and type what you’d like.
Please double-check spelling before submitting your order.

Q: How do I build a gift set?
You can build your own set by:
Choosing your Quran (type & color), adding a matching prayer mat, and adding a tasbih. 

We pack gift sets together so they arrive ready to gift or keep.

Q: Can I see the inside pages?
Many product pages include inside page photos.
If you need more, send us a DM on Instagram @TilawatiCanada with the Quran you’re looking at. We’ll happily send extra pictures or a short video.

3. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Canada.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
Shipping availability is shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, message us; we may still be able to help. Shipping costs vary based on location.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the destination and method selected.

  • Canada: ~3–8 business days after dispatch
  • USA / International: May take longer depending on location and customs

Customized items may require extra processing time before shipping.

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
If a free shipping promotion is active, it will be shown on the banner or at checkout.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Issues

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Non-customized items follow our standard return policy (see Refund Policy page).
Customized Qurans are final sale unless there is a defect or we made an error.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll review and do our best to make it right, in shā’ Allāh.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change color, spelling, or items, contact us immediately.
Once processing or shipping begins, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
